How to read Workbrief and apply it in practice.
Each edition follows the same structure.
It is designed to make changes in work easier to understand, and easier to act on.
1. What has changed?
A clear observation of something that is already happening in how work is done. Not a prediction, but a shift that can be seen in practice.
2. What this means in practice?
How that change affects day-to-day work inside teams. How tasks start, how work moves forward, and where friction begins to appear.
3. What needs to change?
What this implies for how work should be structured. Where processes, roles, or ways of working need to adjust.
4. This week’s decision.
One concrete action to test. Something small enough to apply, but relevant enough to change how work is done.
Each edition is meant to be read in a few minutes. Not as general insight, but as a way to reflect on how your own work is structured and where it may be shifting.
